I think most of us would concede that we're living in unusual times. Many of us would like to do something to make a difference but feel like we're just one person and how can just one person have much effect. But in the interest of starting somewhere, and deciding against doing nothing, I asked my Guides for some ideas. And that's when the idea to send good thoughts into the Field,* seemed like a possible place to start. The thought we're starting with is Gratitude. Following is what they said about sending our thoughts.

"Thoughts are actions that are taking place; we just haven't seen those actions yet. Actions come into being as a result of thought. Sending your thoughts into the Field changes the Field, therefore your thoughts have implications. Collective thought is experiencing enormous change, transition, re-evaluation, re-prioritization, and re-imagining. Newborns, along with younger children, are arriving uniquely equipped to join you in contributing to and functioning in this evolving Field. We encourage you to contribute to that evolving by sending Gratitude."

I've created an affirmation for sending Gratitude into the Field. You can use this language exactly as is or alter it to your liking.

Dear Source, thank you for the grace and peace surrounding me, my loved ones, my community, and all that is. Thank you for the miracles, abundance, and guardianship given to us all unconditionally through this Earth that is our home. I send Gratitude into the Field. All is well and so it is.

If the Field can change in accordance wth our thoughts, then in addition to giving thanks for what we already have, we can give thanks for what hasn't yet arrived. We can give thanks for what we just haven't seen yet, like more peace, or more kindness. We can put these thoughts into the Field knowing that the Field will respond accordingly.

To remind myself to send thoughts of Gratitude, I've created a Gratitude symbol. It's a visual prompt that I painted to hold the energy of the above affirmation. If you'd like to use this symbol as a reminder to send Gratitude, feel free to screenshot it, print it, and put it in a place where you'll easily see it, like your bathroom mirror, or on your nightstand. Or choose your own physical object to help you remember to send Gratitude to the Field.

If you'd like a print of this symbol, you can purchase one from this page on my website. The symbol is printed with pigment-based inks on archival stock and includes the affirmation on the back. I'll send your print via snail mail. Please note that this symbol is available only for the month. Next month I'll create a new symbol for a different thought to send into the Field.

I'd love to know that collectively we're using this small art piece, or an object that's personal to you, as a prompt to send Gratitude into the Field. Send Gratitude for that which you wish to see, as if it's already here. And then it shall be.

Feel free to reply to this email to share any changes that happen for you with this practice, and I'll do the same.

Sending blessings and love to you,
Patricia
